The faultless functioning of the low-current systems of our clients is the main priority of our company. We provide warranty and current maintenance, as well as repairs of security systems, satellite and local television systems, telecommunications systems – both installed by us and installed by other organizations.
For your convenience we have developed different types of technical maintenance. We offer maintenance both on the basis of separate reglamentated work contracts, and on the basis of separate calls.
Your queries will be received and registered at the free telephone number of the client service department 800 05 800, while the implementation of the necessary work will be overseen by the department head, using a special computer program – therefore we are able to ensure quick response to your calls and precise and timely implementation of the required tasks.
If necessary, our specialists will conduct check-ups of the systems; give advice concerning further maintenance and amount of repairs, as well as offer modernization possibilities to ensure the most effective functioning of your equipment and the longest possible service life.
